Our Cubaris sp. "Red Pak Chong" Isopods are sold in assorted sizes ranging from established young juveniles to adults.
This is a small species overall, reaching around 1.5 cm at adulthood.
Red Pak Chong's originate from Thailand and are of the same species as the equally desirable "Rubber Ducky". These hardy isopods are an isolated color mutation that is deep red with gray, orange, and rusty accents. They're a lively species that in our experience flourishes in a warm and high humidity environment. They're mostly active at night, but can also be seen foraging throughout the day.
